By accessing and using Consulr.ai, you agree to comply with these terms. Consulr.ai provides AI-driven educational practice tools to simulate U.S. F-1 student visa interviews.

2. Disclaimer & Scope

Consulr.ai is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of State, USCIS, or any official U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Evaluation reports and risk scores are generated for educational guidance only and do not guarantee visa issuance.

3. Payments & Pricing

Payments for Pro Practice Packs or Unlimited Access Passes are billed securely via Cashfree Payments India. Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our digital services provide instant access to AI voice quota and real-time generation:

• Digital Quota Access: Once a practice pack or session pass is activated and used, it cannot be returned or cancelled.
• Failed Transactions: If your account is debited but a session pass is not activated due to a technical error, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Refund Support: For refund requests, please email support@consulr.ai with your Transaction Reference ID.
